Villa Macla is a brand new and completely renovated villa located in Martina Franca, in a central and strategic position, perfect for those who want to comfortably visit all of Puglia. From here you can easily reach the most iconic villages of the Itria Valley such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ostuni, alternating days between culture, nature and the beaches of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas.
The villa is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there are two welcoming bedrooms and a bathroom; on the upper floor a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen and veranda, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The swimming pool is conveniently accessible from both the bedrooms and the living room, becoming the heart of relaxation moments.
Outside, a private swimming pool (7x3 m, depth 110 cm, salt and chlorine treatment) with equipped solarium. Swimming pool towels available upon request for a fee.
The villa is equipped with centralised air conditioning with constant temperature (not lower than 17°C) and underfloor heating available for an additional €10 per day. Available to guests: dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee machine, electric BBQ, mosquito nets and soundproofed windows.

It is a design house in perfect symbiosis between tradition and modernity. Every internal room is air-conditioned. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, habitable kitchen with a view of the pool. Externally, guests have access to a large garden, private pool, sun loungers, veranda, BBQ.
